About us
Dyson is a global technology enterprise. We solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better. We’re growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations, and more people. Pioneering technology takes more than just inventive engineers. At Dyson, we take a problem-solving approach to everything we do. And across our support teams, we’re proud to be different. And importantly, we support change to maintain our rapid growth.
The Dyson Finance team manages and balances complex budgets across our global business. Multiple regions, multiple categories and covering all aspects of the finance cycle. The team provides control and stability, which enables our family-owned business to be agile, adapt to constant change, and focus on growth. The Channel and Commercial Finance team business partners our global business leaders for eCommerce, Retail, B2B channels, and Owner Experience, to analyse performance, and develop and land channel strategies. We also create financial models for changes to our customer proposition and support effective prioritisation and governance over related in-flight project spend.
We're committed to our campus culture and don’t look to offer a regular hybrid working arrangement. This helps us to achieve the spirit of Dyson – collaboration, creativity, and inventiveness – in our inspiring, social, and dynamic workspaces.
About the role
As a Lead Finance Analyst at Dyson, you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionising the owner experience. Join us in making a significant impact on our global Contact Centre performance and contributing to our overarching mission of driving customer retention.
Working closely with the Global Owner Experience and Retention Director and their team, your primary focus will be on forging strong business partnerships. Together, we will define and deliver captivating owner experiences that not only captivate our customers but also foster their loyalty.
Your analytical prowess will be crucial as you dive deep into global Contact Centre performance, analysing the numbers and providing valuable recommendations on cost optimisation and revenue generation. As the centre of expertise for Customer Care financial modelling, you'll offer strategic consultation on the financial implications and investment decision-making process for future enhancements to our Owner Proposition and CRM IT systems. Collaborating with commercial and IT stakeholders, you'll assess the return on investment (ROI) and ensure compliance with our financial guardrails.
In addition to partnering with the Group Owner Experience team, you'll provide vital support to our market finance teams. Your expertise will ensure that the global Contact Centre P&L maintains the highest standards of accounting integrity, completeness, and accuracy. But that's not all—your influence will extend to the global Dyson.com business as you integrate the eCommerce Equation (traffic x conversion x basket size) into our financial forecasting and performance analysis, further solidifying our success in the online space.
At Dyson, we're not just about numbers; we're about creating remarkable experiences. Join us as our Lead Finance Analyst, and together, we'll redefine what it means to delight our customers and drive business growth. This is your chance to be part of a team that dares to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
