About The Role
- Collaborate with cross function team to lead and drive project completion
- Collaborate with external parties to lead and drive project completion
- Six sigma continuous improvement of existing inhouse ceramic brazing, plating and assembly processes
- Explore and develop innovative ceramic brazing, plating and assembly mass manufacturing processes for further Dyson ceramic technology roadmap
About You
- Expertise in multi-layer ceramic brazing, plating processes and ceramic assembly processes which include but not limited to welding and soldering
Secondary skill
- Technical background in ceramic brazing, plating and assembly technologies
- Advance competency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint to analyze date, consolidate report and prepare presentation slides
- Advance competency in advanced statistical tools such as JMP and minitab
- Intermediate understanding on cost benefit analysis
- Proficient in English to be able to communicate and delivery presentations to key stakeholders
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar engineering position in ceramic industry
- Preferably with experience from advanced ceramic component industry
