Lead Sustainability Auditor

Malaysia - Development Centre

About Us

From its origins in a small workshop in rural England, Dyson has grown into a technology company with a global footprint. We have offices from Auckland to Zurich via Singapore, Moscow, and Chicago. While engineering remains at our core, our passion for problem-solving across different disciplines runs throughout our business. As a result, we're a diverse workforce of people with other Dyson behaviors.

Our philosophy remains the same 25 years ago when James Dyson invented the first cyclonic vacuum cleaner. We remain family-owned. We don't bow to outside shareholders or report to the stock exchange. Instead, we plot our path, unshackled from conventional thinking.

Dyson people are encouraged to think differently, challenge convention, and be unafraid to make mistakes. As a result, we're creative, collaborative, practical, enthusiastic, and resourceful. But most of all, we're passionate about what we do.

Overview – Global Sustainability and CSR Team

We recognize that our actions have far-reaching consequences as a global technology enterprise. Therefore, we have a responsibility to behave sustainably and proactively.

At Dyson, we strive to make a positive difference. We are rising to the challenge of creating disruptive technology in a socially responsible way. We apply the same principles of innovation, collaboration, and resourcefulness that our engineers use for product design to ensure we maintain a sustainable business. The challenge is incredible, and our aspirations are large. Together we are working to solve significant problems, such as reducing our environmental footprint, contributing to the communities we operate in and ensuring our supply chain meets our high standards.

It started with the vacuum bag – or, more explicitly, eliminating it. Now, we're constantly looking at ways to do more with less.
