About the role
The Electronics System Verification team has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Engineer to deliver all aspects of Electronics System Verification from requirements review and test rig development through to data analysis and results reporting. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of dynamic teams to help support the understanding of new technologies, define test strategies, and support the creation of unique test rigs.
A key component of this role will be defining test strategies through design and specification of test equipment, creating test plans, and defining software requirements to support test automation.
You will be implementing automated test systems which will involve a range of system control and data acquisition techniques, working with the rest of the team to ensure test solutions are scalable and platformed across multiple projects and categories.
Working closely with the electronics and category teams, you will need to raise issues and support bug investigations as required by the project.
About you
Degree / Masters in Electronics / Physics, or equivalent.
Experience developing hardware solutions for testing complex systems.
Experience creating test methods and specifying test equipment.
Experience developing measurement and control hardware (e.g. with National Instruments DAQ, Arduino, Raspberry PI.
Appreciation for importance of software in test automation
PCBa design (such as Altium) desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with medical standards/regulations is an advantage.
