About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious legal intern to support the Dyson Americas Legal Team and broader business functions. This is an opportunity to gain insight into a variety of different legal areas and work alongside a top-notch legal team to advance our strategic initiatives!
What You Will Do:
You will assist the Dyson Americas Legal Team with timely and thorough legal research on a variety of areas
You will prepare written memoranda and correspondence on key areas and issues including, commercial contracts, marketing/advertising and labor and employment matters.
You will create and edit presentations, as needed
You will be attending periodic legal team and stakeholder meetings
You will complete other assignments and projects as requested by members of the Dyson Legal Team
About You:
You will need to have completed at least one year at an ABA accredited law school
You must have experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You should have experience with Westlaw and/or other research platforms
You should be collaborative, inquisitive and self-motivated
