About Us

The Global Legal Support Services Team provide specialist and administrative support to the Global Legal Team. The team are expanding and have the need for an Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will be motivated, organised and have exceptional attention to detail.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent role including duties similar to the below:

  • Processing of invoices
  • Raising Purchase Orders using SAP Ariba
  • Data inputting
  • Scanning documents on to the system
  • Opening, preparing and scanning incoming post
  • Credit card purchasing and reconciliation
  • Organising events and meetings
  • Assisting with travel bookings and requests
  • Other general admin duties

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone that is efficient, motivated, hardworking and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate will be someone that can demonstrate IT literacy, are quick to learn, well organised, reliable and have strong attention to detail.

Due to the nature of the department it's essential that you take pride in your work and can commit to being highly accurate in your duties. Whilst you will be working in a team, the ability to work on your own and using your initiative is essential. Lastly, the pace at Dyson is incredibly fast so therefore you must be able to work at pace and be comfortable with juggling priorities and working to deadlines.
