About the role

Our Legal and IP teams protect our profit and keep us competitive by ensuring our technology stays unique for as long as possible. They work directly with our engineers who invent the technology and our commercial team who develop the messaging, to create and defend the most compelling performance claims in each market.

The Global Legal Support Services team provide specialist, administrative support to our Global Legal Team. This motivated team are expanding and now have the need for an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join them.

As a Legal Support Services Administrator and reporting to Legal Support Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative support to effectively assist those who provide our legal advice and services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing of invoices
  • Raising Purchase Orders using SAP Ariba
  • Data inputting
  • Scanning documents on to the system
  • Credit card purchasing and reconciliation
  • Organising events and meetings
  • Assisting with travel bookings and requests
  • Other general legal administration duties

This is a full-time, permanent role – 39 hours per week, hours are flexible.  You’ll be joining a motivated and friendly Legal Support team who are truly committed to enabling Dyson’s continued success.

You’ll be based on-site at our state-or-the art technology campus in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. About you

You’ll be highly organised and someone who is efficient, motivated, hardworking and a good communicator. You’ll demonstrate excellent IT literacy and you’ll be confident, motivated, quick to learn and reliable.

Other key requirements include:

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Takes pride in work and can juggle conflicting priorities
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team and also on own initiative
  • Able to work at a very fast pace and work to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
