About the Role

This role is in-charge for Live Shopping and Live Demonstration / Reporting to Digital Sales Director

Live Shopping:

  • Develop and embed the Live Shopping strategy for France across all Digital channels
  • Develop and own the calendar for large and small sized 1:many demos across various channels to unlock key trading moments e.g. Gifting & Black Friday in cooperation with KAMs, E-Com Manager, Media Manager and Marketing Manager
  • Responsibility for each activation incl. technical set up
  • Success Measurements against clear business KPIs: Number of shows, Funnel contribution, scaled reach, Revenue, ROI, Viewers etc.
  • Close collaboration on an EMEA level with the CoE and project manager in other markets

Live Demo

  • Develop and embed the Live Demo strategy for France for relevant Digital Channels.
  • Enhancing the strategy based on results; development of team set up and headcount planning
  • Success measurements against clear business KPIs: Number of live demos, Revenue, ROI, Viewers, quality of demonstrations; all on a weekly base
  • Responsible for quality and Leading the Live Demo expert community:
  • Organize and develop the right level of training for online demonstrations
  • Create adequate onboarding system for new experts working online
  • Daily management of experts (scheduling, HR, hiring etc.)
  • Performance measurement and coaching of each online experts
  • Development and execution of incentive system
  • Team lead for experts

About You 

  • Team leader of expert community
  • Expert in live shopping and live demonstration
  • Capable speaking and selling in front of camera
  • Development and training for experts being able to sell live & online
  • Great product expertise
  • Project Management skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Deep knowledge of French market, consumers and digital trends
  • Ability to plan and deliver strategic initiatives
  • Capable of balancing complex/multiple projects
  • Flexible and open to adapting plans as business needs change
  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Fluent in French and English
