About the role
Develop strategic roadmap for live interaction platforms – sharing learnings across the EMEA business
PM for all live shopping formats (S, M & L formats)
Managing events calendar, supporting key marketing campaigns
Working with paid media team to ensure necessary media coverage for live events
Working with COE and creative agencies on event planning and logistics
Managing live events ‘on set’ – being the point of central point of contact for all stakeholders in rehearsals and during live events
PM for 1to1 live demo
Working with Direct Retail teams to secure resources and scheduling to support a full-scale 1to1 live demo programme
Logistical management for 1to1 live demo programme – sourcing and distributing necessary hardware to support instore experts
Working with E-Commerce experience team to ensure premium execution of live demo on Dyson.de
Managing influencer collabs and live streams on social platforms
Develop new exciting formats to engage consumers, reach new audiences and drive conversion through direct and 3PR
Reporting and learning – feeding back outcomes to the business, sharing key learning across the region
Owning conversion performance, channel forecasting and driving innovation
About you
Min. 3 years’ experience in E-Commerce, digital marketing or media, ideally in premium branded products/retail
Experience of planning and managing live events with film crews, ideally in a live streaming format
Ability to leverage insights into a strategic selling story which drives growth
Hands-on experience in both commercial as well as technological drivers of E-Commerce, ranging from front end to back end, tools and systems (Knowledge of Google Analytics preferred)
Passionate about E-Commerce, well informed about latest online marketing developments and digital technologies
Ability to quickly adapt into a new organization and make immediate impact through positive and proactive nature, high energy level and credible experience
Good communication skills, both written & verbal
Self-starter with lots of initiative and strong relationship skills
Hands-on, dynamic and collaborative personality, looking to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
Fluent in English and German
