About the role

Reporting and Analysis 
  • Analyse data across forecast vs stock on hand vs supply reports to identify and flag risks and ops 
  • Prepare and analyse data to support S&OP Process
  • Analyse and validate supplier KPI reporting; investigate and resolve issues or share wins 
  • Analyse and validate or challenge monthly logistics, operations, and freight costs; investigate and report what’s driving any significant variances to budget
  • Automate and manage inventory and order delivery dashboards and reporting

Data Integrity and Compliance
  • Maintain data integrity across all internal and external systems
  • Ensure sensitive Dyson and customer data is handled in line with policy and legislation eg. GDPR
  • Achieve a standard of excellence in our work processes and outcomes, ensuring adherence to Dyson policies and all relevant regulatory and legal requirements 

Supplier Management
  • Support EDI ordering integration process and onboarding of B2B customers 
  • Consolidate and automate supplier and retailer stock and order reporting 
  • Proactively identify data discrepancies and remediate at a root-cause level
  • Analyse invoicing data to create, execute, and renew improvement and cost saving initiatives 
  • Convert data into clear and cohesive dashboards and provide meaningful commentary or action items where possible

Fulfil other duties as required
  • Drive a behaviour of metric based improvements, using data to encourage continuous improvement 
  • Fix things that you can see need fixing
  • Identify problems and propose and execute solutions
  • Promote and demonstrate Dyson values and behaviours 

About you

  • Experience communicating with senior management and leadership
  • Supplier Management experience 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience

Skills & Competencies:
  • Advanced MS Excel and/or Tableau skills
  • Advanced Salesforce skills
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana and SAP CRM
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python ideal but not required
  • EDI and integration knowledge and experience
  • Analytical and strategic 
  • Superb communication skills
