About The Role
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the management of logistics flows related to outbound, in relation with logistics and transport providers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the logistics and transport capacity
Ensure the correct reception of the forecast
Outbound
- Be responsible for all deliveries Direct and Indirect are delivered on time and control that all orders transmitted to warehouse has been collected by courier, dispatch and deliver on time vs Delivery promise.
KPI
- Be responsible to gather monthly and weekly delivery KPI, analysis and propose improvements to increase SLA.
Concession and Store supply chain management
- Carry out replenishment of stores and concessions
- Ensure quality of service and compliance with delivery instructions
- Be the main supply contact for the concessions and stores
- Identify and solve the different problems encountered by the stores/concessions (looker, migo etc...)
Master data: price management
- Mapping all pricing conditions in the system according to the information given by the Sales/Categ
Logistic management of market places
- Main contact with sales
- Prepare activations with sales/customers/logistics provider
- Anticipate activities (consumables, volumes, etc.) and set up the transport plan
- Follow-up of the forecast
Continuous improvement
- Optimise direct/indirect transport flows
- Propose and implement new transport solutions (customer experience, costs, productivity)
- Follow-up of projects to improve the quality of service of service providers (customer experience, costs, productivity)
About You
- Demonstrated experience and passion for logistics topics and systems
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Activity and result oriented
- Analytical approach
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Excel is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
- Motivated, independent, dynamic
- Critical thinker able to identify and implement changes
