About the role
We are seeking a Communications Manager to drive communications strategies, planning and execution in Korea. Responsibilities will encompass managing wide variety of projects including product launches, influencers/media relations and public awareness campaigns and developing messaging and contents.
We are looking for a self-motivated strong team player and problem solver who can work cross-functionally and cross- regionally. The role will require you to be highly organized, able to work multiple projects under tight deadlines with keen attention to details.
Develop and implement the cord-free product communication strategies and activities in collaborate with group communications and market commercial team to increase awareness and maximize exposures of the products
Plan and execute new product PR launch with strategic communications approach to introduce Dyson new products in Dyson way for business in Korea. Track and manage KPIs
Extend news stories with relevant activities to create further press coverage, establish TV media network to get effective coverage for wider business
Initiate media relationship and media agency management. Develop and maintain the partnership with various type of media
Develop stories and communications materials such as press releases, features, briefing books and beyond
Work closely with business stakeholders internally and externally to develop aligned messages and contents
Manage and collaborate with PR, social and event agencies simultaneously
Deep understanding of media landscape and network with media
Highly collaborative with extraordinary social and relationship-building skills
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, creative, energizing environment
Ability to develop appealing/creative communications for press and social media
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Korean and English
Bachelor's degree (in communications and journalism are preferred)
A minimum of 8 years' experience in communications (both agency and in-house experience are preferred)
Experiences in technology and engineering are preferred
