About the Role:

Support the US and LATAM Professional Marketing team with growing the Dyson B2B business via integrated marketing and project related tasks.

Own and Manage Tradeshow & Events

  • Partner with Sales team to develop and manage annual tradeshow calendar for over 40+ shows.

  • Liaise with vendors to register for show booth and furnishings and communicate with Sales team to provide details for attendance.

  • Assist with post-show follow up by handling lead list uploads to ensure Inside Sales and Sales teams can follow up with leads and opportunities.

  • Manage and track monthly tradeshow budgets, raise POs and ensure all shows are paid.  

  • Work with tradeshow display vendors and manage booth display storage.

  • Plan bi-annual sales conferences and handle all logistics - build agenda, coordinate presenters, guest speakers, manage IT needs for virtual meetings, reserve conference rooms, order catering, plan team building activity and manage all event communication.

  • Support with planning special events such as product launch events.

Act as Marketing Lead for Internal Communication

  • Own and manage monthly internal newsletter including planning annual calendar, liaise with Marketing and Sales teams to collect content, edit, proof, and deploy. 

  • Manage marketing alert email communication sent to Sales team. 

  • Assist with writing B2B content for various internal communication and newsletters as needed.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on Outbound activity

  • Partner with Inside Sales and Sales team to create and produce email templates for outbound campaigns.

  • Support with planning and development eCRM activity and liaise with Group eCRM manager to identify audience targeting and schedule deployment.    

  • Identify trends via analysis and reporting of eCRM activity to influence future messaging, creative, subject lines, etc.

Act as Lead for Demo & Marketing Collateral Management

  • Manage demo inventory and requests for Sales team and coordinate and ship demos for meetings and events when necessary.

  • Work with Americas CoE team and external vendors on new demos build requests including demo display stands, cases, etc. 

  • Act as lead for marketing collateral e-store, manage asset inventory, and approve expedited orders as needed.

  • Coordinate with local vendors to support with printing marketing collateral.

Fulfil other duties as required

  • Assist with partnerships and distributor marketing requests.

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders and GR/payment process for assigned vendors.

  • Become a product expert.  Learn how to communicate Dyson technology to internal teams and customers.

  • Take initiative. Relish the opportunity of starting or picking up new work autonomously.

  • Identify problems and find solutions

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience

  • Experience in a Marketing or creative environment preferred

  • B2B experience a plus

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required

  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot and ZoomInfo platforms a plus

  • Project management skills – ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and plan, achieve and evaluate results individually and through others.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility – this person must be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, be open to taking on more and can adapt plans and direction as the business indicates.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in writing and proofing content and marketing assets.

  • Strong communication skills; this person is able to present information (both written and oral) clearly and concisely. This person needs to be able to communicate clearly at all levels within an organization.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit; must be able to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks as needed.

  • Be passionate about the product; this person needs to be enthusiastic about Dyson, technology and engineering.
