About the role
Marketplaces have an increasing importance to our Direct-to-consumer strategy. Our E-commerce business has experienced high growth and our goal is to consistently improve our Marketplace business year on year. Dyson is about better ideas and better technologies, as the Marketplace Trade Executive, you will play a supportive role in executing the plans, monitoring activity, and implemented new ways of working that reflect the growth ambition for Dyson to succeed. Ensure perfect execution and premium customer journey:
Drive the business at the “front” with a real impact on our performance.
Create optimal user journeys to effectively communicate with marketplace partners.
Collaborate with the creative hub, integration agency and brand team to implement the best content.
Launch NPDs and being responsible for the go live of new models.
Work with Owner Experience and aftersales teams as well as Marketplace partners, to test and implement best practices to achieve our goals.
Increase Dyson visibility and awareness on each platform to drive improved CTR/CVR:
Implement marketplace online store optimizations and changes.
Initiate and recommend creative testing on campaigns, utilize all conversion and sales data to inform on-site optimization recommendations
Work together with Live Show Manager and Category teams, making sure a successful execution for Live Shows planned on marketplaces.
Contribute to the development and delivery of the marketing/communication plan to partners.
Be the lead on customer journey and experience for new marketplace onboarding:
Supporting the integration and set up of upcoming Marketplace.
Being the key contact for experience and merchandising topics such as online shop design, product pages creation, communication with Marketing and Creative teams.

Has previous experience of e-com, even if for a short period of time.
Experience working closely and/or partnering with cross functional teams especially, digital analytics, creative and marketing teams.
Knowledge and understanding of important digital performance metrics such as Traffic & Conversion analysis, Click through rate, ROAS etc.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
Creative thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Strong team player, approachable and supportive.
Familiar with current trends in e-Commerce and online marketing and owner experience.
