About the Role
The Marketplaces Executive is responsible for driving growth in the Dyson direct business through a perfect shopper journey on ANZ marketplaces (eBay, Catch, Trade Me). You will be required to analyse, review, recommend and build strategic and tactical changes to improve conversion rate on marketplaces.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
Increase Dyson visibility and awareness on each platform to drive improved CTR/CVR
Implement marketplace store optimisations and changes
Create optimal user journeys to effectively communicate with potential customers
Monitor key performance indicators on marketplaces and develop plans to improve them
Collaborating with the creative hub, integration agency and brand team to generate the best content
Work closely with local marketplace team to execute new campaign, site optimisations and enhancements effectively
Regularly review and report competitors’ activities and market trend
Initiate and recommend creative testing on campaigns
Maintain regular reporting on brand content and user experience with the aim of building a perfect shopper journey
Work closely with marketplace team to deliver insights on all paid media campaigns and deliver ongoing optimisations
Utilise all conversion and sales data to inform on-site optimisation recommendations
Analyse paid and organic brand activity on all marketplaces, aimed to deliver an uninterrupted brand journey
Work with the creative team to ensure perfect execution of advertising, product pages and brand areas to deliver best Dyson customer experience
Coordination of online marketplace campaigns ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged and aware of responsibilities and timelines
As the Marketplaces Executive, you are passionate about digital and always looking to learn the most cutting-edge methodologies in web marketing and in eCommerce. You will have the ability to think tactically and build on yearly marketplace plans and a self starter with lots of initiative.
Previous skills & experience:-
Solid experience in digital content and asset management, preferably in an online marketplace
Diverse experience supporting eCommerce, category management and digital analysis required
Good understanding of digital analytics within online platforms
P&L proficiency and ability to optimise return on investment of marketing spend
Good analytical skills and acute attention to detail
Experience of the process involved in delivering content online
Experience critiquing creative work
General understanding of digital marketing tactics
Proven strong stakeholder management experience
