Marketplaces have an increasing importance to our Direct-to-consumer strategy. Our E-commerce business has experienced high growth and our goal is to consistently improve our Marketplace business year on year. Key Accountabilities

Responsible for managing and delivering the ecommerce financial goals for strategic Dyson marketplace accounts

Deliver and exceed the growth objectives for finished goods and parts across product categories.

  • Manage day to day trading, operations, and account relationships.
  • Coordinate marketing, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, and content creation.
  • Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and partner with support teams to resolve.
  • Responsible for managing and delivering the Refurbished Products Category financial goals

    Lead pricing, allocation, and distribution strategy for Refurbished Products.

  • Partner with Demand Planning, Sales, and Finance to forecast and deliver sales/margin targets.
  • Liaise with the Post Sales Operations team to align production prioritization to Sales target and strategy.
  • Develop and manage relationships and processes with internal business partners

    Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure promotions are well merchandised and drive a positive uplift in sales. 

  • Drive long term user experience projects with the support of the team.
  • Coordination of online marketplace campaigns ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged and aware of responsibilities and timelines.
  • Support the Category Managers with relevant insights into digital shopper behavior to optimize overall category and marketing strategies. 
  • About you

    • Has previous experience of e-commerce/account management, ideally +1 years.
    • Experience working closely and/or partnering with cross functional teams especially, supply and logistics, digital analytics, creative and category teams.
    • Experience working in a daily trading environment with daily pacing.
    • Knowledge and understanding of important digital performance metrics such as Traffic & Conversion analysis, Click through rate, ROAS etc.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
    • Creative thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
    • Strong team player, approachable and supportive.
    • Familiar with current trends in e-Commerce and online marketing.
    • Hands-on mentality, dynamic and collaborative personality, interest of working in a fast paced and continuously changing environment.
    • Ideally fluent in French and English.
