About us:
The eCommerce Executive will be responsible for the merchandising of Marketplaces in GB&I. Working with the Marketplaces Manager and Marketplaces team, you will deliver projects, campaigns, optimisations and any fixes to drive the continuous improvement of the onsite experience and support the growth of Marketplaces across GB&I.
Working with a cross functional team both within GB and Ireland, you will deliver on driving conversion rate, SEO performance, digital NPS and the general web shop performance across our own and our partner channels and media.
About the role:
Manage the content and products on Marketplaces through our Content Management Systems, delivering a consistently premium customer experience.
Work cross-functionally to ensure promotions are well merchandised and drive a positive uplift in sales.
Carry out regular site health checks, covering areas such as 404s and onsite search performance.
Provide day to day stock management reporting and actionable insights.
Work with Group teams to drive SEO performance and organic traffic and conversions.
Support with development and implementation of AB Testing strategy.
Working closely with Group teams to launch and integrate new functionality, NPD and campaigns which contribute to growing the Direct business.

About you:
Has previous experience of content management, eCommerce or digital roles ideally in an marketplace environment
Experience of working in a sales driven environment with daily pacing and stock management
Experience working closely with and partnering with cross functional teams especially, Research and Insights, Digital Analytics, Product Owner, Creative and Category teams.
Experience working with 3rd party plug-ins
Experience in a highly dynamic environment
Skills
At least 1 years’ experience of working within enterprise content management systems – ideally Hybris and/or Adobe Experience Manager
Knowledge and understanding of major analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Decibel etc
Knowledge and understanding of the principles of SEO
Ability to effectively prioritise requirements and to manage requests from a number of sources
Self-starter who sees things to completion
