Responsible for delivering media strategy and buying with a high cost-efficiency and communicate to improve Dyson’s awareness and consideration.
Responsibilities
Do professional research on media industrial trend
Develop annual media strategy& planning according to campaign cadence
Develop campaign strategy for NPD, promotion and sustaining phase, including insights from industry/TA/competitor aspects and timeline, budget, KPI etc.
Expertise on media buying, including media resource package, programmatic& feeds ads, search/SEM/SEO and e-commercial resource etc.
Negotiate with agency and media with a high cost-efficiency performance
Monitor executive performance and adjust in process
Analyze data and review performance to summarize pros and cons
Cooperate with cross teams smoothly, such as Brand, PR, finance, procurement team etc.

Working experience, skills
Have a good communication and presentation in English Bachelor’s degree or above, relevant major (marketing, business and 3C industry) is preferred Over 3 years in a marketing leading company, or a 4A advertising agency.
