About the role

A multi-faceted Office Manager role sitting in Zurich that provides management support, which covers among others office facility management, managing lease cars, consumables and stationary checks and orders, organizes large meetings and events, creates POs, is responsible for other finance related admin tasks, does project work across the company, is the local point of contact for all IT/Telephony related topics, provides core PA support to the Managing Director.
  • Office management such as office security checks, distribution of post, stationary check and order and general office administration
  • Manage the lease car fleet, mobile phone hardware and subscriptions 
  • Manage office related requests such as IT/Telephony requests 
  • Support the office with SAP requests and Purchase Orders
  • General maintenance and support of the office documentation
  • Support Finance with all admin related tasks
  • Support in organization of large events, meetings
  • Provide PA support to the local Managing Director
  • Work at location is required 

About you

  • Previous experience in working as an office manager in a large organisation
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Excellent written skills
  • SAP Knowledge 
  • Professional/discreet/loyal/flexible 
  • Team player
  • Able to pick things up quickly
  • Fluency in English and German
