About the role
Sales & Inventories Operation
Operation, upload data on a daily / monthly basis to ensure that data is running through and flow to correct system.
Operation, liaise with Customer Care, Service Centre, Finance, Supply Chain Management to arranging for product collection, creating new orders for new exchanges, product dispatch, customers inquiry, service centre repairs and finance reporting (Monthly expenses)
Operation, review/approves ID that is suspicious and process subscription orders that are pending.
Improves operation flow so the operation can be more efficient and shorten time for operation.
KPI Management & Monitoring
Track KPI metrics on weekly and monthly basis.
Regularly review customers’ journey through the website with recommending adjustments to enhance conversion rates.
Analyse customer demographics and purchasing behaviour to monitor trends and future sales growth.
Regularly review competitive websites in terms of product range, marketing initiatives, and functionality and customer offering (delivery costs, lead times, packaging, etc.)
Contribute to develop subscription campaign strategy and execute the campaign successfully.
Best Knowledge of e-commerce & CRM
Basic google analytical skills
Collaborative skills in resolving problems
Communication in English
General Microsoft Excel skills such as using vlookup functions
good at detailed work such as checking data
Good communication skills, both written & verbal
Ability to manage multiple systems (WEB, CASHBOX, SAP CRM, SAP ECC)
Ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to adjust the diversity
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Passionate about subscription & the opportunities it brings to drive traffic & sales
4 years college degree (Business, engineering or related field)
