About us
Dyson Malaysia is currently looking for OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) Inspectors for our team based in MAM, Senai I-Park. This role would be responsible for the inspection of products before shipping where it is crucial to ensure the shipment is defect-free.
About the role
Conduct Outgoing Quality Check as per QSI and sampling plan.
Perform Out Box Audit to ensure the quality of units being shipped.
Able initiate non-conformance procedure when inspection fails and ensure segregation of non-conforming parts in accordance to Control of Non-Conforming Material.
Support Line Audit on all production area as per Line Audit Checklist and feedback to superior if there is any non-conformance finding.
Ensure to maintain 5S in the work area, safety and healthy work environment.
Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by Supervisor.
Report to Supervisor/QC Engineer or Quality Manager of unusual product observations and analytical results while inspecting, testing or sample handling.
About you
High School / Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
Experience with assembly, test and inspection and/or quality control
Experience in handling quality equipment / tools/ jigs
Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, and Word)
Understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
Ability to read and understand the different criteria required to accept or reject parts/product
Ability to interact with different departments
