Reporting to the Order Desk Manager, the Team Leader manages the end-to-end order flow for our Indirect customers’ orders and have the responsibility of managing a team.
About the role
Retail customer order management: ensure EDI integration processed or orders created manually. Releasing orders for delivery in line with any allocations provided. Securing booking slots and arrange deliveries on time. Being the POC for Key Account team, 3PL and retailers on all order book issues
Retail customer credit management, pricing management, and management of related disputes/charges
Manage Retail order book with market & 3PL to ensure outbound capacity
Indirect reverse logistics management. Guaranteeing returned orders are completed on time, customers are refunded, stock is reconciled, and error/fraud in exchanges are fixed
Ensure Invoicing process is complete and on time and resolve related issues
Manage other sales streams: Proforma orders, sample orders, new starter machines, B2B
Lead, participate and take iniciatives in projects that benefit efficiency in processes managed by team and fuctions.
Manage, engage and develop the team in an autonomous way.
Ensure talent and succession planning within the team
Support Order Desk Manager in Continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a business partner to KAM team.
Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.

About you
Technical:
Subject matter expert within Order Desk function.
Understanding of Logistics Processes and tools
3PL, Logistics and transportation Systems knowledge
High organisation skills and time management
Fluency in German and English
Behavioural:
Provides a high level of experience and expertise within own discipline but has an awareness and general knowledge of related disciplines.
Act as a resorce and role model for colleague with less experience.
Identify and aligns with peers in market and function to leverage best practice and knowledge sharing.
Business and results oriented.
