About the Role
We are looking for a talented digital sales person who will help to grow Dyson.pl revenue. As Performance Media Manager you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, optimization and reporting of certain performance media activities including Google Search, Google Shopping as well as potential new channels. You will collaborate closely with media agency, category managers and direct e-commerce team to ensure that brand KPI’s are achieved while hitting our e-commerce sales targets in a cost-efficient way. You will report to Head of Marketing.
Main responsibilities but not limited to:
Develop and execute the performance media strategy for Poland delivering traffic that is primed for efficient and profitable conversion on Dyson.pl. This is delivered through a multi-channel approach but your accountability is limited to search (including PLA)
Collaborate with E-comm Manager to align on traffic and revenue targets
Own, track, report and optimise paid search campaigns to maximize Dyson.pl sales
Ensure we have excellent ad copy which drives clicks and traffic (writing, testing and evaluating copy)
Lead the development of feed driven media campaigns through Google Shopping, ensure feed quality is always reaching maximum potential with correct setup
Ensure that SEM activities are in line with SEO development on Dyson.pl
Balance the performance of Dyson.pl with campaigns of retailers, marketplaces and pure players
Audit campaign setup, monitor account performance and product feeds for errors
Report regularly on key metrics (sales, revenue, ROAS) and ensure KPI’s and targets are being met
Manage Search budget and track campaign spend pacing to ensure monthly budget caps are met
About you
4+ years digital marketing experience including hands on experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SA 360 to review performance, make recommendations and evaluate success of campaigns
Experience in working for conversion KPIs (i.e. sales units, revenue)
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and the ability to turn analysis into actionable programs
Flexible; comfortable with fast-paced environments where various things change daily and adjust to various needs
Problem solving; be able to critically and actively analyze situations, spot issues, and present viable solutions
Self-starter; taking initiatives, managing complex projects, finding scopes by self, picking up the ball attitude under ambiguity
Excellent communication skills in English
