About Us

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to join our growing global organisation. You will be providing support to our APAC President who will be based in Singapore. You will also have responsibility to continually review and improve administrative processes to ensure they are fit for purpose. The role promotes efficiency, exceptional quality and timely execution, acting as a vital partner to make the day to day requirements smooth and proactive for the APAC President and the Leadership Team (LT). 

About the Role

Main accountabilities (and supporting activities): 

  • Work in true partnership with the President to ensure seamless and efficient ways of working 
  • Proactively improve processes to maximise administrative efficiencies 
  • Manage  the APAC President’s diary requirements and prioritise activities as needed , identifying conflicts and resolving promptly 
  • Arrange the APAC President’s travel and other business arrangements (e.g. external appointments) 
  • Communicate on the APAC President's behalf with organisational executives both internal and external 
  • Coordinate all meetings on behalf of President and/or Leadership Team: locally, external or international 
  • Arrange meeting spaces or offsite venues as needed , Setting up conference/video calls between various Dyson offices 
  • Make interstate & international travel arrangements 
  • Compile presentations, reports and statistical data as directed 
  • Collation of data for board reports and other weekly/monthly
  • Collate agendas for local and international meetings 
  • Record and distribute actions/minutes of various meetings & follow up accordingly 
  • Submit monthly expenses on behalf of President 
  • Confidentiality of all matters dealt with by the President and Leadership Team must always be maintained both within the business and outside of the business 
  • Act as a role model and professional representative of the President 

About You

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • At least 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant at senior management level (preferably within a global organisation)
  • Highly organised
  • Confidence and ability to communicate and network at all levels of the business
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English
  • Professional, discreet and proactive
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Able to pick things up quickly
  • Flexibility around working at different timezones
