Our Field and Retail Sales team ensures our machines are presented in an appropriate and consistent way that is recognisably Dyson, to clearly explain our technology and create the right customer experience. This builds our reputation and enables the team to deliver solid long-term sales strategies and plans, while recognising and taking advantage of shorter-term opportunities.
About the roleProvide support in reporting and planning for all activities across the Field and Retail Sales team. • Collate and provide fortnightly competitor field overview to the wider Dyson Business.• Collate National Account updates for presentation at field sales meetings.• Collate and maintain field fund return on investment (ROI) process portal.• Maintain Annual Calendar of campaigns, activity and functional plans• Organise all retail marketing briefs for field use, including liaising with the design studio.• Team analytics.• Field & Retail Sales Reporting Suites (internal & external)• “Top Doors” field project co-ordinator.• Campaign tracking and national activation reporting. • Maintain and update Repsly CRM with relevant team, field and campaign data.• Competitor analysis• Field & Retail Sales KPI/Incentive tracking and reporting on a monthly basis• Campaign reporting during and after each campaign • Assisting with implementing projects or targets and ensuring they meet business requirements. • Gather retailer & competitor intel to share with wider Dyson business
Other responsibilities• Achieve a standard of excellence in our work processes and outcomes, ensuring adherence to Dyson policies and all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.• Complete all reporting requirements as defined by line manager• Pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role• Identify problems and find solutions• Promote and demonstrate Dyson behaviours• Promote, implement and comply with health and safety procedures• Any other duties that may be required to meet the needs of the organisation

You should also be able to demonstrate:
• Experience in a similar role• Proven experience in sales reporting and planning• Relevant tertiary qualification • Strong analytical and numerical skills• Advanced Microsoft office skills, including excel • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work• High level of communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to ever changing business needs• Able to build relationships with a variety of business stakeholders to effectively manage work output required• Excellent business presentation skills and high attention to detail• Ability to manage own workload, work autonomously and as part of a team
