About the role

The PMO Administrator role is part of the Commercial PMO team. Responsible for supporting and co-ordinating the Commercial PMO across the key activities with the Office of the CEO team, and other Dyson PMO Co-ordinators and Administrators. The successful candidate will be expected to build relationships with Group Commercial & Engineering, Centre of Excellence and Market stakeholders, and be an effective communicator across all levels of the business.

Governance, Prioritisation and Reporting.

This role is vital to the success of our PMO team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proven experience as an administrator / co-ordinator / assistant of a team. You will work closely with the Head of

PMO, PMO Lead, the Resourcing and the Commercial Operations teams. Reporting into the Head of PMO, you will form a solid alliance that ensures that the PMO team runs in a way that meets Dyson’s iterative and unique development framework.

Day to Day

Your role will be hands-on. You’ll liaise with key stakeholders, and support the Head of PMO and Lead PMO Manager across their day to day tasks. You will support in relevant forums, ensuring that they are set up and can run seamlessly.

In the day to day your tasks will include:-

  • Co-ordinating across all Commercial PMO tasks.

  • Co-ordinating the set-up and running of all pre-Prioritisation alignment sessions.

  • Co-ordinating the monthly Prioritisation sessions.

  • Supporting collaboration with the Commercial Operations team

  • Supporting collaboration with the Office of the CEO and other Dyson PMO


  • Supporting and co-ordinating project data feeds into RDD programme

    dashboards to represent Engineering and Commercial readiness

  • Supporting reporting out on velocity/time and points against projects as well

    as launch readiness

  • Supporting PMO & Resourcing systems and with the purchase order processing

  • You will be a member of the Planning and PMO team and will need to work cross functionally to achieve the best results. You will work with the following teams.

  • 2+ as an Administrator / Co-ordinator
