As a process owner, you will play an instrumental role in connecting the business, technical and digital transformation stakeholders to design and co-create business processes that will be best suited for Dyson within the Supply Chain team. It can fall within the areas of Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Bill of Material transformation. You will be empowered to determine which processes would be most relevant for Dyson as you continue to monitor and refine the process.
You will work closely with senior level stakeholders. You must be able to manage and orchestrate widely different technical and business talent across Dyson’s global supply chain.
About the role
Design, develop and define the desired supply chain capability and KPIs for a defined area of Dyson.
Responsible to lead workshops to drive design and articulate changes necessary for the process, including proposing of solutions towards delivery of this capability.
Leverage standard processes for timely execution of the project within the agreed timelines, taking to account the cost impact of the solutions proposed.
Work with and maintain good working relationships with key business, technical and finance stakeholders to educate the business users that are responsible for the operation and management of various business processes.
Accountable to resolve business and technical challenges during the program execution, which includes resolving feature expectations challenges, consulting with subject matter experts to enable high end-user adoption.
Continual audit of process to ensure alignment and governance for excellent performance.
Deliver quality outcomes as defined in the project charter and be ready to provide feedback on the performance of the business process.
Good understanding of the business processes and the rapidly changing digital landscape.
About you
Bachelor’s in supply chain management, Operations, Engineering or other related fields
Knowledge of SAP IBP in consumer products, and related planning tools.
Master’s degree is desirable.
5-7 years’ work experience in global manufacturing businesses.
Cross-functional leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
