About the Role

We are looking for a Process Manager within our Omnichannel project team that is deploying a new order management system and delivery management platforms. The systems will sit within our landscape of ERP system and 3PL warehouses. The role requires being ready to challenge the status quo, roll up your sleeves and work together with cross-functional teams. You must be experienced in understanding as-is processes and documenting the future state. Your ability to identify the change in process is key in supporting the change management team to identify training needs and to deliver change across the different functions successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding business processes and the IT landscape rapidly
  • Formulating adoption of the best practices in meeting the foreseeable or likely challenges
  • Framing, reviewing, and validating right set of questions for gathering process-related information across all relevant functions
  • Creating or architecting solution workshops with senior business managers
  • Defining and proposing solution options along with effort estimations
  • Identifying the impact of process change and continuously driving for best practice processes and overall process simplification
  • Rendering advice to senior managers and C-level executives on best business practices and get the buy-in to adopt these practices
  • Creating solution road map, integrating multiple disparate processes, and addressing short- and long-term organizational needs
  • Leading creation of detailed solution documentation and presentations
  • Leveraging standard processes and architecting innovative solutions for timely execution of the project within the agreed timelines and the cost to be considered
  • Working within the digital supply chain transformation team and cross-functional project team compositions
  • Leading and guiding the team in Production support environment; highly focused towards enabling efficient solutions, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction, and meeting SLAs

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Master degree is a plus
  • Have more than 6 years of hands-on experience in order management processes and omnichannel systems, configuring, developing, and managing all aspects of the end-to-end process
  • Must have hands-on process implementation lead experience in multiple Projects with strong knowledge in design and architecting process solutions
  • Have demonstrated experienced as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end implementation projects. Can demonstrate great determination in bringing a solution from conception through realization with great tact and management leading to effective deployment/roll-out of the same across the organization.
  • Experience in identifying change and training requirements
  • Have the ability to develop training materials based on process change
  • Must possess abilities to lead and build teams, train the team
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
