About the role
The role is responsible for assisting Process Engineers on daily tasks and engineering analysis prior to the process requirement. This role will be a key role to be the link between production team and the ME Engineering team and will lead the technical portion during shift duties.
To develop and update Process related documents and Upload into the system
Maintain all document related to brazing process
To work closely with Production and Engineering team to understand the needs from the technical side
Daily reports and and measurement related to Process requirement to always ensure Quality of the product is met
Being responsible for Daily Yield of the process
Improving and always giving good suggestions on how to improve the process continuously
Experience in Manufacturing related field 3 years and above
Experience in using O365 – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, statistical analysis
Experience in problem solving and how to improve the process
Excellent communication skills and experience in engaging with stakeholders of varied seniority.
Strong personality to lead the shift during the absence of the Engineer.
