About us

We have an active and engaging role that requires an exceptionally organised, forward-thinking and proactive individual to provide professional, administrative support to our Product & Packaging Development Director and the product development team. We are looking for an individual who is energetic and able to drive the role forward; an individual who is not afraid to put new ideas forward and strive towards continuous improvement and lean thinking.

Product development coordinators perform a broad range of administrative and logistical support duties to assist a product development team. They create and maintain product inventories, spec sheets, and other documentation. They track and confirm shipments and deliveries, help organise and maintain production calendars, and coordinate meetings. provide general administrative support such as data analysis and creating spreadsheets.

About the role

Support for Product & Packaging Development Director

  • Diary management and meeting arrangements

  • Travel bookings, accommodation and arrangements, manage expenses claims 

Support for Product Development Team

  • Arrange venues, facilities and refreshments for large internal and external meetings and workshops

  • Provides logistic support for workshops & meetings as needed by the team 

  • Co-ordinate new starter process i.e. seat arrangement, IT equipment, phone, security pass

  • Handle all aspects of office administrations and general staff queries

  • Support with desk moves, office upgrades, renovation project and logistic for office wide activities.

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Fluent in computing, creating power point presentations and spreadsheets

  • Articulate in time management, and problem solving.

  • Is a leader, collaborator, and a professional at all times.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
