Responsibilities
Ensure shiftly production targets/KPIs for all manufacturing lines are met by actively monitoring and understanding the relevant performance metrics using the MES system and taking timely and effective corrective actions when there is an excursion.
Responsible to Monitor yield and attend to Material related issues
Participate in continuous improvement initiative by undertaking simple Product/equipment enhancements projects
Assist Engineer in engineering validation and builds
Understand and adhere to high EHS Standards, carrying out all work in accordance to work safety policies, procedures and governing requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or Nitec in Engineering diciplines.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in production equipment operations and data collection
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowlege in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
Able to appreciate basic statistics for data analysis
Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift morning
