This is a new and exciting role working very closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Global Leadership team. The role will give the individual daily experience working with the CFO, senior leaders across Dyson as a whole. The individual will learn firsthand how the business operates at the ‘c suite’ and be involved in many of the big strategic questions facing Dyson on a daily basis. Key stakeholders will be the Global Leadership Team, the Office of the CEO and the Strategy Team.
About the Role
Directly support the CFO manage and coordinate and key cross functional and/or strategic initiatives
Act as a key point of contact and liaison for the CFO on the coordination, gathering, validation and/or preparation of relevant business update materials for the regular calendar of functional and business events (e.g. board presentations, functional presentations, “all hands’, CFO Q&As, business reviews etc.)
Provide a central point of escalation for CFO queries and requests
Prioritise and coordinate critical issues, gather and present necessary information to support the CFO make good decisions
Support the CFO maintain and manage functional administration related information – budgets, FTEs, KPIs, plans, trackers and updates
Facilitate and coordinate cross functional leadership activities such as objective definition, alignment and tracking

Culturally aware and with an international mindset, together with a collaborative style as a strong team player
Excellent organisational, planning, budget and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent MS applications skills, shareholders/EXCO/senior stakeholders’ report preparation
Prior experience with preparing decks for shareholders/EXCO, senior stakeholders
