We are looking for Graduates for our New Category Product Programme team to work alongside leading technical specialists and highly motivated creative people, to develop products which fulfil our ambition of being truly different and better than our competitors.
About the role
As a Project Management Graduate in our New Category Product Programme team, you will play a critical role in enabling project delivery as well as driving strategic initiatives aimed at transforming our business processes and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely with Category Leadership, Design Managers and Programme Managers to define schedules, manage risk and drive delivery of technical work packages. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes across the New Category Product Programme team.
You will be expected to:
Plan, execute, and monitor projects, including defining project scope, developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, status reports, and other relevant project-related documents
Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on project status, outcomes, and recommendations.
Monitor and report on project performance, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing progress reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project improvement opportunities and gather requirements for process improvement projects.
Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, identify gaps and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize performance.
Conduct data analysis, generate insights, and provide recommendations to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organisational change by effectively communicating the benefits of process improvements and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.

About you
Our graduate roles are competitive and delivering the next generation of Dyson technology is tough, so you will need to be:
Working towards or have achieved a Business or related discipline degree.
Graduating by August 2023
Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or similar
Analytical with ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive results.
Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma etc.
Ability to adapt to change, be innovative, and drive continuous improvement.
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience and respond constructively to new demands and challenges.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders
Passionate about Dyson and our technology to help us meet our ambitious plans.
Able to evidence how you have applied your knowledge to solve problems, either through your university projects or as part of your extra-curricular activities.
To be eligible you will need to have no more than two years of relevant work experience post-graduation (Phd students are not eligible for our graduate programmes).
