In the time since, Dyson engineers have invented heat-free hand dryers, bladeless fans, long-life LED lighting and even our own digital motor. Today, vacuums represent just half of our sales. And Dyson has even broader ambitions still. With a future technology pipeline spanning 25 years, the next few are set to be our busiest yet. 
Market OverviewThe Nordic market is changing faster and faster; the needs and habits of shoppers are changing; the sales channels are shifting. In order to grow in this environment, we need to re-engineer our go-to-market model accordingly to maximize sales and GM.

About the role

1. Drive sales value growth in your defined region
  • Analyze performance in region - Create insights - Take necessary actions
  • Identify sales opportunities based on sales data and develop short term goals to increase Dyson sales within region and local retailers
  • Secure maximum local support and best possible execution of centrally agreed initiatives
  • Focus resources (time & in-store Experts) where Dyson and retailers get maximum ROI

2. Lead and coach Experts (Dyson instore sellers/brand ambassadors)
  • Plan and schedule pool of Experts in region to maximize sell out - Where we demo we win
  • Drive clarity with Experts on expectations and KPIs to ensure profitable business model 
  • How to transform a need into opportunity and how Dyson tech solves it
  • Being and representing Dyson 

3. Build robust relationships with stores
  • Hold regular face to face meetings and in-store trainings
  • Ensure successful NPD launch in-store - Support and remove roadblocks
  • Be the interface between stores and Dyson - solve problems other suppliers ignore

4. Support Nordic Sales & Retail Activation teams
  • Deliver market/region specific insights to ensure consistent development and growth
  • Bring knowledge on how to solve in-store day-by-day challenges
  • Ensure Dyson’s Retail Activation strategy is executed flawlessly in the stores
  • Audit stores in region versus Dyson retail execution compliance

About you

Experience
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in similar role - Store Manager, Department Manager, Sales representative, etc.
  • Track record of having earned respect and confidence of retail partners in previous roles

Skills / Competence
  • Business savvy and target driven mindset
  • Strong personal leadership skills
  • Positive and innovative approach to problem solving
  • Organized, adaptable and accustomed to multitasking between tasks/goals of different nature 
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Strong communication skills both internally and externally with the ability to influence - Obtain/Verify/Transmit
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Accustomed to analysing and using data
  • Business language English - Fluent in speaking and writing
  • Driver’s license
