Reporting Analyst, Service Innovation

About the role:

This position will be responsible for creating reports, insights, and analytics in support of the owner experience division. The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for understanding the current data landscape including various disparate data sources and outputs and then help design and migrate to a central data repository while continuing to service the business with their reporting needs. This position will also be required to roll their sleeves up and help the business investigate, analyze, report out data ranging from customer feedback, sales performance, individual/center performance.  The Reporting Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and issues using information from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers; identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. 

 Job Requirements: 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed organization and solve multiple complex problems on tight timelines 
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and possess the interpersonal skills to lead without authority 
• Produce detailed analytics and create dashboards and reports 
• Project management skills 
• Work closely with project managers and operations business partners on data analysis requirements and ensure that data is cleansed and accurate and provided in a timely manner 

• Ability to write code and build small scale automation including but not limited to robotic process automation solutions as well as create tools to enhance data capture are a plus 

About You: 

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5-year experience in data analysis  
• Intermediate to expert level knowledge of SQL  
• Intermediate knowledge of Tableau and Power BI 

• Detailed oriented, analytical bent of mind, ability to tell the story using data 
• Experience with text analytics and social media data management 
• Highly motivated self-starter  
• Experience working in a remote, work from home environment a plus  
• Demonstrated experience applying the following skills: multi-tasking, analytical & conceptual thinking, and time management  

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills   
• Self-awareness including knowing when to work independently and when to ask for help  
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and overtime  
• Preferred experience with Python, Google Cloud Platform, statistical analysis tools like R, SPSS, Minitab, and RPA tools like Blue Prism and UI Path
