About the role

As a Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for:

·       Creating reports, insights and analytics in support of the customer experience division

·       Understanding the current data landscape including various disparate data sources and outputs and then helping to design and migrate to a central data repository while continuing to service the business with their reporting needs

·       Helping the business investigate, analyse, report out data ranging from customer feedback, sales performance, individual/center performance

·       Analyzing complex business problems and issues using information from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers

·       Identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences

·       Producing detailed analytics and creating dashboards and reports

·       Working closely with change management project managers and operations business partners on data analysis requirements to ensure that data is cleansed, accurate and provided in a timely manner

About you

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and information data reporting
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with VBA
  • Experience writing with SQL queries is highly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Access and Tableau ideal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced matrixed organization and solve multiple complex problems on tight timelines
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and possess the interpersonal skills to lead without authority
  • Project management skills

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis tools like R, SPSS
  • Experience building solutions leveraging Python/ C#/Dot net & SQL server/MySQL
  • Experience with RPA tools like Blue Prism and UI Path
  • Ability to write code and build small scale automation including but not limited to robotic process automation solutions as well as create tools to enhance data capture are a plus
