The Retail Activation Executive primary objective is to create and ensure the best consumer experience at the Point of Sale (POS) regarding the right look and feel conform the Merchandising guidelines at every physical POS: Dyson Shop-in-shop locations, Modular Gondola Systems and Secondary Placements. Supporting the Senior Retail Activation Manager in development and implementation of new Merchandising / Maintenance process across Germany.
Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives. Take our maintenance process to a next level to ensure at all times the perfect customer experience at the POS and collaborate closely with our supplier, field team and KAMs to hit the expectations. Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product and fixtures needs.
About the role
Ensure the right look and feel conform the Merchandising guidelines at every physical POS: Dyson Shop-in-shop locations and Modular Gondola Systems with focus on user experience.
Drive our retail presence in all channels, ensure premium and brand compliant presentation and communication through retail fixtures
Analyse the existing maintenance / merchandise process in order to expand and improve it in the next step.
Take full responsibility in the area of maintenance & merchandise and process the daily orders in cooperation with our agencies and the field team within the expected timeframe
Take charge of the Car Park to Machine (C2M) area and create the required assets in collaboration with our Commercial Team, Design Hub and Field Team.
Support your team within the production of POS fixtures with internal go to market team, ensuring all items are on brand and comply with legal guidelines, whilst meeting the needs of our local retail partners
Support your team within project management and POS rollouts from customer requirement to finished execution, ensure quality of deliverables, within time and cost
Close collaboration with Marketing, Training, Sales and Agency
Build close relationships with internal teams to improve processes, efficiency and quality of output
Regular store visits to ensure the best user experience including reporting and monitor competitors in store activities
Additional assignments or special projects as assigned or agreed
Fully qualified and experienced in Beauty Retail / Visual Merchandising combining theoretical with practical experience (brand, agency, marketing, sales)
Readiness to travel within whole Germany (min. 70-80%)
Curiosity and willingness to challenge existing processes in the spirit of continuous improvement
Goal-oriented and proactive, with the potential to develop and stimulate ideas and opportunities

Strong organization skills and flexibility
Proven track record in project management
Native in German
English fluent: written & spoken
