Retail eCommerce Associate Marketing Manager

About the Role:

The Dyson Retail eCommerce Media Associate Manager will oversee our performance media campaigns across key retailers – Amazon and Walmart – building out marketing strategies and activating campaigns designed to hit our retailer, category, and company goals.

Manage retailer sponsored search and display campaigns while driving media support strategy

  • Build and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms and retailers to drive conversion on retailer websites through sponsored product listings, offsite, and onsite display campaigns

  • Leverage ad management technology to manage budget pacing, communicate with client on trends and pacing, and deliver results against key KPIs

  • Maintain relationships with various retailer counterparts to build out strategies that help to grow the partnership

  • Identify new opportunities to optimize our retailer media campaigns to drive more effective media investment

  • Work with retailers to identify & implement opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell consumers within the online Dyson product selection process

  • Develop annual budget and allocate across categories, retailers, and campaigns to align with greater business objectives

Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional and external teams to ensure alignment between campaign strategy and business goals

  • Coordinate marketing approach with Sales and Category teams

  • Represent Dyson; demonstrate exemplary execution of Dyson principles. 

  • Collaborate with retailer to produce meaningful post campaign analysis to influence future digital campaign strategy

  • Share regular campaign analysis to guide future digital media campaign strategies and inform key stakeholders

  • Partner with National Account Managers to deliver a joint online sales and marketing plan 

Responsible for managing end to end Dyson customer experience on retail partner websites

  • Build effective working relationships with retailer site merchandising teams to optimize and increase Dyson placements on retailer sites

  • Undertake regular retailer site audits to check for product information, images and brand messaging 

  • Work with online retail merchants to ensure the up-to-date and most accurate completion of Dyson product information

  • Ensure that Dyson online best practices are shared with retailers where appropriate

Fulfill other duties as required

  • Ensure that all Dyson communications on approved retailer web sites is compliant from an IP, legal & product team perspective

  • Work with category and brand teams to develop briefs for new content for retailer websites

  • Manage creative development of retail assets with graphics teams 

  • Digital marketing project management

  • Perform QA on all product and offer launches online

  • Relish the opportunities to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role

  • Conduct audits of both Dyson and competitor content to identify opportunities to improve our digital experience on retailers Identify problems and find solutions

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years minimum of online marketing experience with a major eCommerce retailer website or advertiser. Experience working with major retailers or advertisers in an eCommerce environment desired.

  • Amazon advertising and Walmart Connect sponsored product advertising experience expected and display advertising experience preferred.

  • Moderate Excel skills are a must.

  • Digital project management with a proven track record.

  • Ability to understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Thorough understanding of Dyson’s channels.

  • Ability to travel as needed (<10%)
