About the Role:

  • Responsible for sales and product knowledge of all categories.  Consistent execution of the Dyson shopper journey 
  • Embrace the Dyson Guest Experience model and consistently demonstrate these values to our guests
  • Achieve Daily, Weekly Monthly sales plans and goals
  • Achieve Selling Metrics goals and Standards
  • Daily responsibility for floor coverage and execution of required operational procedures and day to day business needs  
  • Utilize Dyson Training and Education tools and resources to deliver best in class customer interaction and engagement
  • Share in the day-to-day store activities and assist in other areas of the store if requested/necessary
  • Perform product demos and explain product features to customers
  • Resolve shopper issues and complaints promptly ensuring a positive outcome
  • Maintain a clean and organized Store
  • Understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity
  • Adhere to corporate processes and safety standards

About You:

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some weekdays, holidays and as business dictates.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in managing store operations and inventory
  • Proactive: Takes initiative to improve store performance and solve problems
  • Adaptable: Flexible and thrives in a fast paced, always changing environment
  • Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, fostering and positive team culture
  • Fearless: Challenges the status quo and strives to be the best
  • 1+ year experience in a customer-facing, retail setting required
  • Experience working with a premium or luxury brand strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 35lbs
  • Ability to stand on your feet for up to eight hours at a time
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Salary Range: $23-$25.5
