Be an integral part of the Australian Field Sales Team and bring our exciting, cutting edge technology to the market! Working Thursday to Monday, be a key brand ambassador and work alongside our retail partners to achieve volume and value target along with proactively looking to increase Dyson’s in-store presence and brand visibility!


  • Proactively own and grow your concession by identifying opportunities to deliver sales-out of our products across Personal Care, Environmental Control, Lighting and Floor Care categories, in line with national objectives 
  • Be a valued business partner to our retailers by delivering year on year growth 
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets across all our product categories 
  • Proactively plan, execute and review all sales activities 
  • Partner with department store management and staff to keep them up to date with market intelligence, category facts, sales data and Dyson marketing and promotional plans 
  • Maintain an active knowledge of all Dyson products and NPDs 
  • Reporting back to your Line Manager and escalating opportunities or improvements you’ve spotted


Previous in-store or Concession Management experience An entrepreneurial flair and relentless drive for results Positive energy and strong communication skills to effectively engage and influence your stakeholders and understand customer needs Being a team player who is passionate about solving problems and sharing your experience and best practices with your colleagues Previous sales target driven experience  Successfully worked with and contributed to a high performing sales team  Proven delivery of consistent sales results
