Much has changed since James Dyson launched the bagless vacuum that started our business. In the time since, Dyson engineers have invented heat-free hand dryers, bladeless fans, long-life LED lighting and even our own digital motor. Today, following the introduction of the unique Supersonic Hair Dryer, the Airwrap multi-styler and our Air Purification products our vacuums cleaners represent just half of our sales. Our future technology pipeline stretches forward 25 years bringing ground break innovations to both our existing categories, and some we are yet to enter and disrupt.
Dyson Nordics is currently one of the fastest growing regions within Dyson globally. Starting from Q1, 2017 we have been building from a team of none to a team employing approximately 100 people by the end of 2019. We can offer an exciting and environment where you will be continually challenged to think and act in new and innovative ways. If we do what others have done before then we cannot expect different results. Therefore, we expect and push each other to think and do differently. We also strive to continuously be better than we were yesterday. Along with Authentic (we copy no-one and do it the Dyson way), Different and Better are the three words that define who we are and how we operate.
Culturally we strive to create an environment of trust so that everyone dares to become the best version of themselves possible. We care less about exactly what tasks are within a job description and more about understand the goals we are collectively striving to achieve and to supporting each other to over achieve these.
