About the Role
As a Dyson Expert you’ll be based in one of our retail partner stores such as Harvey Norman, The Good Guys or Myer. You’ll be responsible for showcasing the Dyson range of products in all categories and generating interest and excitement around our machines. Although this is a highly autonomous role, you will be provided with ongoing training and support from our dedicated team of Regional Managers and your peers. As part of your role, you will be assigned a home store location to ensure you can integrate yourself within the store team. To be suitable in this role, you will be required to work every Saturday and Sunday.

Main Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Deliver hands on demonstrations with our customers, showcasing the unique benefits of Dyson products across the Floor Care, Environmental Control, Personal Care and Professional categories
Taking personal responsibility for achieving individual KPI whilst delivering a high standard of customer service
Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in your area, always looking for opportunities to increase Dyson in-store presence
Build strong relationships with store management and staff
The successful candidate will have:
Availability for permanent weekend work
A confident approach and a friendly, engaging manner
Time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
Determination, passion and drive for results
