About us: 

The Field and Retail team are a national team whose objective is to drive sales and build brand advocacy within our key retailers.  

The Retails Sales Coordinator provide sales coordination, project management and administrative support to the National Field & Retail Sales Manager and the wider Retail Sales team including the Field Team and Team Dyson.  

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Support and Coordination  

  • Lead field implementation of fixture/display maintenance

  • Maintain and update CRM with relevant team, field and campaign data, summarise outputs and share with the wider team.

  • Internal liaison, collaboration and coordination with various departments to assist with the execution of required field promotions/activities.  i.e Marketing, Retail Marketing, Events, Capability and National Accounts 

  • MS Teams creation, folder management and maintenance to ensure effective & efficient resource/information accessibility 

  • Budget forecasting for conference, meeting and event costs (overheads costs) 

  • Co-ordinate onsite and offsite Sales Meetings, Regional Development Manager conferences, Team Dyson conferences and Training events 

  • Support recruitment, induction and onboarding process for all new Field & Retail Sales team members  

Demonstrator Program 

  • Roster / contract management 

  • Lead & Manage 3rd party agencies for ongoing or short term projects/coverage 

  • Activities relating to Team Dyson (including but not limited to data, uniform distribution, reporting, communications, training, logistics + data analytics etc) 

Payroll  

  • Payroll lead for Team Dyson, including public holiday planning/comms, payroll processing & reconciliation for Team Dyson (integration of Repsly, Workday & HR3) 

  • Repsly rostering / scheduling for field & retail sales team, including adding additional shifts 

  • FTE (Full Time Equivalent) headcount forecasting and phasing based on Retail Sales plans

Administration 

  • Create agenda and facilitate sales meetings including keeping minutes, plus follow up ownership of actions to ensure accountability 

  • Assist with Travel arrangements for Field & Retail Sales where required 

  • Support Field & Retail based training events – logistics, stock, venue etc 

  • Raising, processing and tracking of purchase orders 

 About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail/sales environment

  • High level of communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to ever changing business needs 

  • Excellent business presentation skills and high attention to detail 

  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure 

  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.  

  •  Ability to manage own workload, work autonomously and as part of a team 

  • Advanced Microsoft suite skills
