About the role

As Sales Order Processing Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the sales order process. You will lead a team of sales order process coordinators, guide them in their daily tasks, and drive improvements in order processing efficiency. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in this role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of sales order process coordinators. Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a positive team culture, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Order Processing: Oversee the end-to-end sales order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;

    • Retail customer order management; ensure EDI integration processed or order created manually.

    • Retail customer credit management; insure invoicing process is complete and on time.

    • Manage retail order book with markets & logistic provider.

    • Managing any direct order queries.

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Customer Service, Finance, Sales) to resolve order-related issues.

  • Process Improvement:  Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the sales order process for greater efficiency and accuracy. Identify problems and find solutions.

About you

  • Proficiency in English is a prerequisite and proficiency in German or French will be a big plus.

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field may be preferred.

  • Experience in Order to Cash or a related role is a prerequisite

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with international teams.

  • Experience in SAP S/4 Hana is a plus.

  • Ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Self-motivated, independent, dynamic

  • Strong Analytical approach
