About the role
As an application specific expert consulting for a specific Ariba application(s) creation: prepare discovery documentation and implement based on the discovery documents, create test cases, schedule and execute tests, conduct key user training, get involved in go live support and post go live support.
Performance of feasibility studies/solution reviews
Identifying and applying Integrated Service Delivery options
Able to architect SCM solutions based on customer requirements
Detailed planning of process implementation
Industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
Develop and assure quality of process models
Coach/mentor consulting colleagues.
About you
Minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Information Systems.
Experienced SCM-Ariba consultant with at least 7 years of module specific project experience with Ariba in any module.
A minimum of 4 full cycle implementations, with the ability to bring to a productive state the modules being requested: Supply Chain Collaboration, Spend Analysis, Sourcing, Buying and Invoicing
Strong background experience in APO, IBP and integration with Ariba SCC is preferred
Experienced with the Ariba tool in a productive environment – direct materials procurement
Strong communicator at multiple levels of the organization with strong and clear verbal and written communications; an ability to conduct presales for listed modules and the ability to conduct appropriate level training for modules listed.
Deep understanding of Consumer Products Industry business processes having worked in the business planning environment.
Has performed several business cases and has managed challenging client situations
Understands the AGILE project methodology and has experience in a project setting.
Integration between Ariba: S4, IBP and Teamcenter is desirable.
Acted as a team lead / Project Manager in more than 2 Ariba projects
Clear demonstration of leadership in a highly charged team environment.
