SAP S/4HANA Security & Access Lead

This is a new role created in the Group IT team, reporting into the SAP S/4HANA Access Control & Security Manager, with responsibility for managing, maintaining, and continually monitoring SAP S/4HANA access controls, processes and governance. This is a key role in the SAP S/4HANA organisation and is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration and support of the SAP S/4HANA Security and Authorisations area to meet the user access and security needs of Dyson across all functions. The role will be required to work with the SAP S/4HANA security team and the business teams to ensure that the SAP S/4HANA access role design is aligned with the segregation of duties policy, supports the continuing needs of the business, and includes a process for requesting SAP S/4HANA access that is efficient, supported and controlled.

As a SAP S/4HANA Security & Access team member, you will drive the integrity and flexibility in our systems “as is”, and help set the direction and pace of strategic change that supports business needs now and into the future.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • SAP S/4HANA access role design business owner
  • Business lead on the role redesign to ensure the design meets the business needs and ensure the business process impacts / changes required are fully captured
  • Manage the roll out of the new role design including UAT, business change, communications and cutover.
  • Ensuring the SAP S/4HANA access request process is clearly defined, governed documented and updated on a timely basis
  • Continuous review of the segregation of duties conflicts rules set (currently in Security Weaver)
  • Provide the necessary support to all SAP S/4HANA access audit requirements
  • Support any requests for role changes or new roles to ensure they fit with the existing role design and any future strategy
  • Pro-actively engage with the global functional teams and the regional teams to ensure SAP S/4HANA access is aligned with the developing needs of the business

What we need from you

Essential:

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive business partnering experience with business stakeholders
  • SAP S/4HANA Security and controls in-depth knowledge and experience including role designs, authorisations, and segregation of duty challenges
  • Be able to work with business user to gather and validate the requirements, design the process, and provide technical solution in SAP Security Weaver
  • Knowledge of the cross functional use of SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong logical mind-set and approach to problem solving
  • Good PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to work independently, prioritise workload and ability to work to strict reporting deadlines
  • Must have technical skill in any GRC software application

Preferable:

  • CIA or CISA qualification
  • SAP GRC or Security Weaver access control and segregation of duty rule set experience
  • Solid end to end or process value-chain knowledge and experience
