About us 

Our Group Finance Systems team has responsibility for the key finance systems used at Dyson. This includes SAP S/4 HANA Product ownership, OneStream CPM maintenance and development, Anaplan Commercial Planning product ownership, and SAP S/4 HANA Access Control. SAP S/4 HANA is Dysons global ERP system and therefore the digital core of the business

About the role

This is a new role created in the Group Finance Systems team, reporting into the Head of Finance Systems, with responsibility for managing, maintaining and continually monitoring SAP access controls, processes and governance.

This is a key role in the SAP organisation and is responsible for the analysis, design, configuration and support of the SAP Security and Authorisations area to meet the user access and security needs of Dyson across all functions.

The role will be required to work with the SAP security team and the business teams to ensure that the SAP access role design is aligned with the segregation of duties policy, supports the continuing needs of the business, and includes a process for requesting SAP access that is efficient, supported and controlled.  

As a Senior Manager, you will drive the integrity and flexibility in our systems “as is”, and help set the direction and pace of strategic change that supports business needs now and in the future.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • SAP access role design business owner
  • Business lead on the role redesign project working with external consultants to ensure the design meets the business needs and ensure the business process impacts / changes required are fully captured by working with the business change team
  • Support the roll out of the new role design including UAT, business change, communications, cutover and hypercare 
  • Ensuring the SAP access request process is clearly defined, governed and documented 
  • Continuous review of the segregation of duties conflicts rule set (currently in Security Weaver)
  • Provide the necessary support to all SAP access audit requirements
  • Support any requests for role changes or new roles to ensure they fit with the existing role design and any future strategy
  • Pro-actively engage with the global functional teams and the regional teams to ensure SAP access is aligned with the developing needs of the business

About you 


Essential:

  • Extensive business partnering experience with senior stakeholders
  • SAP Security and controls knowledge and experience including role designs, authorisations and segregation of duty challenges
  • Knowledge of the cross functional use of SAP S4
  • Strong logical mind-set and approach to problem solving
  • Good PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise workload and ability to work to strict reporting deadlines

Preferable:

  • CIA or CISA qualification
  • Security Weaver access control and segregation of duty rule set experience
  • Solid accounting skills, diligent and accurate
