About the Role

Dyson has ambitions to substantially grow our direct business, this role is key to delivering on this vision. You will be responsible for ensuring that enough shoppers are visiting dyson.com.au in order for the site to deliver against it monthly revenue target.  You will work closely with Head of Direct, Ecommerce Manager and Marketing to ensure that every opportunity is maximised.

Your remit will be across all website acquisition channels – SEM, Shopping, Affiliates, Re-targeting, direct referral and organic channels, in addition to other opportunities as/when they present themselves (i.e. Google ‘in market’ audience opportunities). 

As Senior Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and reporting of website acquisition channels to ensure Dyson’s e-commerce goals and targets are met in an efficient manner.

You will build audience segments to speak to Dyson shoppers at all stages of the funnel, focusing on tech development to enhance media campaigns and bolster Dyson ANZ as a leader in the digital space.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-

  • Manage yearly e-commerce equation in collaboration with Trading Manager

  • Own paid media traffic and revenue targets – from planning to delivery, reporting and optimization across all paid media channels

  • Bridge the gap between media and e-commerce teams to ensure promotions and e-comm events are amplified across all channels

  • Lead the development of an ANZ paid search strategy to ensure revenue targets are met

  • Improve media acquisition channels – build positive growth across relevant metrics and focus on increased efficiency to meet demand

  • Lead product feed development, ensuring feeds are set up to required specifications for each channel

  • Lead multi-touch attribution project for AU market, manage pitch process and collaborating with external agency provider to build a bespoke model suitable for Dyson’s media mix

  • Lead retargeting audience strategy utilising 1st and 3rd party data, including building and maintenance of audience segments to maximise audience performance, aligned to yearly business goals

  • Champion Dyson ANZ as the lead market for digital paid media performance. Share case studies with global and other markets, ensure Dyson ANZ are well represented and front of mind for any new tests or global projects. Share insights with wider teams to help build learnings from media insights

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be able to build strong, collaborative working relationships and be creative and innovative in approach to problem solving. You are passionate about online & the opportunities it brings to drive traffic and sales.

Previous skills & experience:-

  • Relevant tertiary qualification

  • Solid experience in a digital media role

  • Proven experience working across various acquisition channels

  • Advanced SEO, SEM and optimisation experience across digital channels

  • Proven experience managing large workloads
