Senior Brand Manager, FC

About us

The candidate will assist line manager to build superior product stories and lead business growth of responsible sub categories, through portfolio management, business analysis and new product launch.

About the role

1. Portfolio/Product management:

-Adapt global portfolio to fit in China market with data driven analysis

-Develop communication plan based on solid insight support and product understanding

-Governance product supply with global/ local teams, and co-work with sales team to ensure accurate sales forecast and supply fulfillment

-Co-work with global commercial team and engineers to seek for continuous improvement of the products, and consumer experience

2. Business analysis and commercial planning:

-Regular business analysis to understand overall category health level

-Understand market and competition environment to dig out challenge and opportunity

-Collaborate with cross functions to design feasible action plan and execute in high quality

3. New product launch:

-Initiate commercial plan to grow category by bringing Dyson purposeful design and technology alive

-Develop category / portfolio / pricing /channel strategy to capitalize business opportunity

-Communicate with global commercial team to align strategic direction and gain necessary support

-Lead cross functions to roll out launch plan, closely monitor launch status and make timely adjustment.

4. BBI management:

-Governance brand/ product spending and drive effectiveness

-Assist line manager in monitoring brand/ product profitability

About you

-Strategic, logical thinking and result driven

-Problem solving, must be able to critically and proactively analyze situations, spot issues, and present viable solutions

-Team player, flexible, patient, and able to work cross-functionally, managing and motivating stakeholders

-Passionate about Dyson/technology/innovation

Candidates will demonstrate:  

-Solid market foundation, familiar with portfolio management, media planning, and communication strategy

-Strong ability of business analysis, willing to understand business and able to provide tangible action plan

-Sufficient experience in New product launch and Project management

-Great communication skills and influencing power to manage cross teams
