Our Environmental Care (EC) category is now over ten years old; inaugurated by the world’s first bladeless fan and now focused on market-leading air treatment and connected lighting technology. As a category, our vision is to improve the well-being of millions of Dyson owners each year through better technology and to become a trusted voice in air quality. The EC Go To Market (GTM) team is responsible for bringing our engineering stories and product technologies to life through global campaigns that can be applied by markets.

Please note that we do not offer hybrid/remote working with this position.

About the role

As our Senior Campaigns Manager, you will lead on key initiatives designed to drive consideration for new products, increase brand awareness and deliver against our business goals. The role will draw on all your marketing experience, from shaping global GTM campaigns for new technology, to developing strategic briefs in response to market trends and competitive threats.

You’ll foster strong collaborative working relationships with and draw on the expertise of colleagues in Creative, Insights, Media, Retail Marketing, Digital, PR, Sales, Direct, Creative and Owner Experience teams, working at pace, underpinning our culture and ability to continually transform our business and marketing model, keeping the customer at the centre of every decision. You’ll also work closely with regional market leads to understand local context better and find solutions to emerging global trends.

You will define and shape New Product Development and seasonal campaigns, delivering growth for the category across paid/owned/earned touchpoints. Using an evidence-based approach to creative development, you will focus matching creative to media developments, driving progress with every campaign. You’ll develop an understanding of Dyson’s Owner retention, Direct and Media strategies and see how the category’s campaign plan can complement these.

You will support our Head of Campaigns with the development and championing of our global strategy, and you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver best in class campaigns, overseeing the execution, monitoring and measurement of performance using KPIs and sharing key learnings to deliver constant optimisations. You will provide support to your direct reports, helping them to achieve their personal and team goals/objectives. 


About you

  • A broad marketing background with proven experience in developing integrated campaigns, ideally in a premium brand or technology environment
  • A proven understanding of the media landscape and working knowledge of how this shapes campaigns
  • Proven track record of challenging the status quo, and delivering innovative solutions to the problems that we face
  • An effective communicator with strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence others and able to thrive as part of a collaborative, high performing team
  • A visible passion for consumer products/technology with knowledge on market trends and industry best practice
  • Ideally some line management experience
